Bert Inman

As a kid, I had a talent for drawing, but never really pursued art in a formal way. It wasn’t until I was in my 50s that I began painting. I originally started by throwing acrylic paint onto large canvases. I still love that technique, but I now also work with rollers and pallet knives. My motto is: Go big or go home!

I don’t really consider myself an artist, more of a guy with an eye.
Here is another example of my artwork. This 4’x4’ painting, entitled Community, was chosen for the Downtown banner project in 2020.
